Halk el Menzel (HELM) is a marginal offshore oilfield. Reserves as identified do not economically justify permanent fixed installations

The Jelma bloc is located in the central west of Tunisia (Sidi Bouzid region) and covers an area of 5,772 Sq Km.

The Zelfa offshore concession was derived from the Cap Bon Marin permit. covering 100 Sq Km, it was granted for a 30-year period ending on April 19th, 2034.
