Our Mission is to own and exploit a balanced portfolio of energy assets ranging in maturity from concept to production.

With a primary focus on oil and gas exploration and production, TOPIC will seek quality licenses and will enter into production agreements to produce hydrocarbons, either in co-venture or as principle.
