TOPIC’s Overview
Co-founded in 2000 as a joint venture between the Toumi group, Bouricha group and two oil & gas professionals, TOPIC is an independent Tunisian energy company with a primary focus on oil and gas exploration and production.
The Company was assigned two main Missions :
- To own and exploit a balanced portfolio of energy assets ranging in maturity from concept to production.
- To enter into production agreements to produce hydrocarbons, either as co-venturer or as principal.
Corporate Structure
Currently, the main shareholders of TOPIC are SAROST SA, BH group, and STB group.
