TOPIC Potfolio
Through various activities and capital increases, TOPIC has built a balanced portfolio:
- The first acquisition took place in 2001 with a 15% interest (30% working interest) in the onshore “Jelma” field. The bloc is currently operated by ETAP, holding 85% interest.
- In late 2006, TOPIC has acquired from OMV its 100% interest in the offshore concession “HALK EL MENZEL”.
- In late 2012, TOPIC has acquired from Lundin its 43.75% interest in the offshore concession “ZELFA”. The remaining 56.25% interest are owned by ETAP (30%), Sinochem/Atlantis (22.75%) and Klabsuba (3.5%). TOPIC is the operator.
