SAROST S.A. is one of the most important company of the Group. It was originally formed in 1982 as a State Owned entity, was privatised by the Tunisian government in 1998 at which time the company was bought by the TOUMI GROUP (66%).

Today, the organisation has grown and expanded its field of interest through the creation of subsidiary organisations, either wholly owned or in partnership with recognised international operating companies, and has capabilities in the following areas of operation:
