Organization Chart
The organization of the company is structured around four levels:
- Political level, including the general assembly and the board of directors.
- Strategic level, including the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President Exploration and Production, and the Vice President Administration and Finance.
- Day to Day Management level, including the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Procurement & Logistic Officer and Chief Financial & Administration Officer.
- The execution level, including the exploration activities, the development activities and the production activities
